From the neighborhood of Foce, head towards Corso Italia, which runs parallel to the coast. Walk along Corso Italia until you reach the intersection with Via Montevideo. Turn left onto Via Montevideo and continue walking. You will soon reach the traffic circle at Piazza della Vittoria. From there, follow the signs directing you towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach Via XX Settembre, a main avenue. Turn left onto Via XX Settembre and keep walking straight until you arrive at Piazza De Ferrari, which will be on your right.

If you're looking for a quicker option, you can take the local bus. Locate the nearest bus stop on Corso Italia or Via Montevideo. Look for bus number 36 or 18. Board the bus, and pay the fare (approximately €1.50 for a single journey). Stay on the bus until you reach the stop 'Piazza De Ferrari'. From the bus stop, you can easily walk to the center of the square.
