Getting There

    Start from the Herculaneum archaeological site entrance. Head north on Via IV Novembre towards Corso Resina. Continue straight until you reach the Corso Resina intersection. Turn left onto Corso Resina and walk until you reach the Ercolano Scavi train station, which is about a 10-minute walk. From Ercolano Scavi, take the Circumvesuviana train to Naples. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Garibaldi station, transfer to the metro line 2 towards Piazza Garibaldi. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Napoli Centrale'. Exit the station and follow signs for the Metro line 1. Board the metro towards Piscinola and get off at the 'Università' stop. From there, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. You will find Piazzetta Marinari by walking along the Lungomare, taking roughly 10 minutes. The Piazzetta will be on your right near the Castel dell'Ovo.

    From Herculaneum, walk to the Ercolano Scavi train station, which is about 10 minutes from the archaeological site. Take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Napoli Garibaldi station. From there, transfer to the Metro Line 1. Take the metro towards Piscinola and get off at the 'Università' stop. When you exit, head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Lungomare for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Piazzetta Marinari, located near the Castel dell'Ovo.
