Walking
From the central area of Herculaneum, head east on Corso Resina towards Viale dei Pini. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn right onto Via Roma and walk for another 200 meters. You will see a sign for the Circumvesuviana train station on your left. Follow the signs to the station, which is approximately 100 meters away. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket to Naples. Board the train heading to Napoli Centrale. The journey will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, exit the station and follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro towards Piscinola and get off at the Toledo station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Via Toledo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Chiaia, then turn left. Walk for about 200 meters, and you will arrive at Piazzetta Solofrano.
Train and Walking
Start at Herculaneum's Circumvesuviana train station. Purchase a ticket for Naples and board the train heading towards Napoli Centrale. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, exit the station and head to the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro towards Piscinola and ride until you reach the Toledo station. After exiting the Metro, head towards the main road, Via Toledo. Walk straight for about 200 meters, and when you reach the intersection with Via Chiaia, turn left. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will find Piazzetta Solofrano on your right.
