From the center of Herculaneum, head towards the main road, Corso Resina. Walk straight until you reach the Herculaneum archaeological site. Once you are at the site, look for signs directing you towards the train station, the 'Herculaneum Scavi' station. Here, you will take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Praiano stop. Upon exiting the train, follow the signs for local buses. Take the local bus heading to Praiano, and once you arrive, disembark at the main square. From there, walk towards Via Gavitella, which is only a short distance away. Follow the road signs, and you will find yourself at Via Gavitella.
