Walking
From the central area of Herculaneum, head towards the train station, Ercolano Scavi. Once there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Vico Equense' station. From the station, walk to the nearby bus stop and take the SITA bus towards Ravello. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. When you arrive in Ravello, get off at the 'Ravello' bus stop, which is close to the town center. From here, Villa Cimbrone is about a 10-minute walk. Head towards Via Santa Chiara, and you will find the villa at number 26.
Public Transport
Begin your journey by walking to the Ercolano Scavi train station in Herculaneum. Board the Circumvesuviana train heading towards Sorrento. Stay on the train for three stops and disembark at 'Vico Equense'. Once you exit the train station, locate the SITA bus terminal right outside. Take the SITA bus that goes to Ravello. The journey will take roughly 30 minutes. When you reach Ravello, get off at the main bus stop and walk straight to Via Santa Chiara. Villa Cimbrone is located at Via Santa Chiara, 26, a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
