Start from the Herculaneum Archaeological Park entrance. Head northwest on Via dei Papiri towards Via Roma. Continue straight to reach the Circumvesuviana train station, which is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Capri. Board the train towards Naples and get off at the Ercolano Scavi stop. From there, follow the signs to the port area to catch a ferry to Capri. The ferry ride takes approximately 50 minutes.
