From any location in Irpinia, head towards the A16 motorway (Autoestrada Napoli-Canosa). Once on the A16, follow the signs for Napoli. After about 50 km, take the exit for Napoli Centro and merge onto Via Giovanni Porzio. Continue straight, then follow signs for Via Tito Angelini. The castle is located at Via Tito Angelini, 20/A, 80129 Napoli NA. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential parking fees.

If you prefer public transportation, take a train from any Irpinia station to Napoli Centrale. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, exit the station and head to the metro line 1 (the yellow line) towards Piscinola. Get off at the Vanvitelli station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Castel Sant'Elmo. Head northeast on Via Giuseppe Mazzini, then turn left onto Via Tito Angelini. The castle will be on your right at 20/A. Be aware of potential metro ticket costs, which typically cost around €1.10.
