    Car

    From La Thuile, head east on Strada Statale 26 (SS26) towards Pré-Saint-Didier. Continue for about 12 km until you reach the junction for Rhêmes-Notre-Dame. Turn left onto the SP21 road. After about 8 km, you will arrive at the small village of Rhêmes-Notre-Dame. Follow the signs to Lago Goletta, which is located approximately 2 km further up the SP21. There is a parking area near the lake where you can leave your car, but be prepared for a short walk to the lake itself.

    Public Transportation

    From La Thuile, take a bus to Pré-Saint-Didier. You can catch the bus from the main bus station in La Thuile. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. In Pré-Saint-Didier, transfer to a bus heading to Rhêmes-Notre-Dame. This bus runs less frequently, so check the schedule ahead of time. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Rhêmes-Notre-Dame, follow the signs to Lago Goletta, which is about a 30-minute walk uphill from the village. Wear comfortable shoes as the path can be steep and rocky.
