Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, you'll want to navigate to Bellagio from the main road around Lake Como (SS583). Follow the signs for Bellagio as you approach the town. The last stretch includes a winding road up the hill leading directly into Bellagio. Once you arrive, parking is available in designated areas, but note that there may be a small fee, usually around €2-€3 per hour, depending on the season.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach Bellagio by bus, take the bus line from Como or Lecco to Bellagio. From Como, you can catch the bus at the main bus station, located near the Como Lago train station. The bus ride typically takes about 1 hour, and tickets can be purchased at the station or on the bus for around €5. Once you arrive at the Bellagio bus stop, it's a short walk to the town center, where you can explore the beautiful streets and waterfront.

• Public Transportation - Ferry

  Another scenic option is to take a ferry to Bellagio. Ferries operate from various towns around Lake Como, including Varenna and Menaggio. If you're coming from Varenna, the ferry ride is about 15 minutes and offers stunning views of the lake. Tickets can be purchased at the ferry terminal or online, typically costing around €7-€10. Once you disembark at Bellagio's ferry terminal, you're just a short walk from the main attractions, including P.za Giuseppe Mazzini.
