The winery's location is unique, built on four levels, with one even below the water table of the Tanaro River. This ensures a constant temperature, ideal for fermentation and maturation in traditional Slavonian oak barrels. The family owns 70 hectares of vineyards in the Barolo and Barbaresco regions.
