Car
If you are driving, start by getting onto the A1 motorway towards Naples from your current location in Lazio. Continue on the A1 for approximately 50 km until you reach the exit for the A2 towards Salerno. Follow the A2 until you see signs for the SS148 towards San Felice Circeo. Stay on the SS148, and you will eventually reach San Felice Circeo. Once in the town, follow the local signs to Via Grotta delle Capre. The destination will be on your left.
Train and Bus
If you prefer public transportation, take a train from your nearest station to Roma Termini. From Roma Termini, take a train towards Cassino and get off at Priverno-Fossanova station. From there, you can take a local bus (Line 1) towards San Felice Circeo. Disembark at the stop 'San Felice Circeo - Via Grotta delle Capre'. Walk a short distance to reach your destination.
Bus
For a bus-only option, find the nearest bus terminal that serves routes to San Felice Circeo. There are several regional buses that operate from Rome and other cities in Lazio. Check the schedule for buses heading to San Felice Circeo, and upon arrival, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the 'Via Grotta delle Capre' stop.
