From Termini Station, take Metro Line A to Cornelia station. From there, several bus routes (31, 33, 791, 982, C6) will take you closer to the park. Get off at the Leone XIII/Spina bus stop, a 15-minute walk from the entrance. A single metro/bus ticket costs €1.50 and is valid for 100 minutes.

If you are near the Vatican, head south, crossing the Gianicolo hill. From the Acqua Paola fountain, it's a 7-minute walk to the entrance at Largo III Giugno 1849. Note that the walk from Trastevere is scenic but uphill.
