To reach Largo Porta Nuova in Bergamo from Milan, start by heading to Milano Centrale (Milan Central Station). You can take the Metro Line 3 (Yellow Line) to Centrale FS. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Bergamo from the ticket machines or ticket counters. Trains to Bergamo depart frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Bergamo train station, exit the station and head straight along Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII. Continue walking until you reach Largo Porta Nuova, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.

From Milano Centrale, you can also take a bus to Bergamo. Look for the bus companies like Autostradale or FlixBus. The bus stop is located outside the station. Purchase a ticket from the ticket booth or online. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 60 minutes. Once you arrive at Bergamo’s bus station, exit and walk towards Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Largo Porta Nuova.
