    If you are in the historic center of Lucca, start at the famous Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Head southwest on Via dell'Anfiteatro towards Via di San Paolino. Continue straight onto Via San Paolino for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Fillungo. Turn left onto Via Fillungo and walk for another 500 meters. When you reach the intersection with Via della Scogliera, turn right and continue for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at Parco Fluviale del Serchio.

  • Bicycle

    You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Lucca. From the city walls, exit through the Porta Santa Maria. Once outside the walls, head straight on Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi and follow it as it curves left to become Viale della Libertà. Continue on this road until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Via della Scogliera. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers to reach Parco Fluviale del Serchio.

    From the main train station, Stazione di Lucca, take bus number 85 towards 'Ghezzano'. Get off at the 'S. Anna' stop, which is about a 15-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk straight down Via della Scogliera for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will reach Parco Fluviale del Serchio. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
