Self Guided Bike Tour from Lucca to Montecarlo Wine Roads
Good bikes and service, the route wasn't ideal
The bikes were excellent quality, well maintained and ready to go. The staff were very helpful and got us set up with the app and guide no problem. Riders should note the route includes a mix of sealed and unsealed (gravel) roads. Some of the back roads are in pretty poor condition and should be avoided if it has been raining due to muddy sections (the bikes are not suited for this). Make sure to leave time for stops at wineries or other places of interest along the way.

Bike tour
The bikes are great! We had the "bad" experience of the chain falling off. It would have been nice if we had a screwdriver with us. We had already received a package for the tires, which is very nice especially over the sandy paths. Bike ride was top, navigation was well signposted. Was very nice that they said in the beginning that we would also go on motorways! Maybe for this hot weather a water bottle holder;)

Lucca by bike between Villas and Wine
Fantastic Tour of Lucca Beyond the Walls
This was a great experience. I wanted to see more of Lucca, specifically outside the walls. It was a beautiful bike ride through the countryside and then a tour of a spectacular Villa, Villa Reale. Claudia, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, attentive, the perfect travel guide. I highly recommend this great tour.
