From Madonna di Campiglio, take the SS239 road towards Pinzolo. After approximately 12 km, turn left onto the SP81 road towards Val Rendena. Follow SP81 for about 6 km until you see signs for Lago Alto. There is a parking area nearby, but arrive early during peak seasons to secure a spot. Parking fees may apply. Expect to pay around €16.50 for daily parking at nearby paid lots during peak season.

From the central bus station in Madonna di Campiglio, take Bus Line 8 towards Pinzolo. The journey takes about 30 minutes. From the Pinzolo bus station, take a local shuttle or taxi to Lago Alto, approximately 6 km away. Check local shuttle schedules in advance. Expect to pay around €2-€5 for the bus fare and approximately €15-€25 for a taxi from Pinzolo to Lago Alto.
