From the center of Matera (Piazza Vittorio Veneto), head south on Via Lucana. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Castello. Turn left onto Via del Castello. Follow this street as it winds upwards. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see the entrance to Castle Park on your left.
