    Complesso Rupestre San Giorgio is located on Via Sette Dolori in the Sassi di Matera. From Piazza Vittorio Veneto, a central hub, walk south on Via Roma until you reach Via Sette Dolori. Turn left and continue for about 600 meters. The complex will be on your right. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. Walking is the easiest way to reach the site, as the Sassi area has restricted traffic. Taxis may not be able to navigate the narrow streets.
