    If you are starting from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, head southwest towards Via Roma. Walk straight for about 100 meters, and you will see the entrance to Palombaro Lungo on your right. The entrance is marked and easily identifiable.

    From the Matera Cathedral, exit the cathedral and walk down towards Piazza Duomo. Continue straight until you reach Via San Giovanni. Turn left on Via San Giovanni and walk for about 300 meters until you reach Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The entrance to Palombaro Lungo will be on your right.

    If you are at the Casa Grotta di Vico Solitario, exit the cave and head back towards the main road. Turn left on Via S. Giovanni and walk straight until you reach Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The entrance to Palombaro Lungo is on your right after about 500 meters.

    From the Sassi di Matera area, walk towards Piazza Vittorio Veneto. This is a central square, so it's a good landmark. Once you arrive at the square, the entrance to Palombaro Lungo will be on your right side. It’s only a short walk of about 200 meters from the Sassi.
