Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the Duomo di Milano, take Metro Line 1 (Red Line) from Duomo station towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at the Cadorna station (approximately 3 stops). Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Castello' which will lead you to Piazza Castello. The Museum of Ancient Art is located right in the center of the square.

    From the central area, head to the nearest tram stop and take Tram Line 1 (the red tram) in the direction of S. Babila. Get off at the stop called 'Castello'. After getting off, walk towards the large castle structure you see, and the Museum of Ancient Art is located within the grounds of Castello Sforzesco, in Piazza Castello.
