If you are near the Duomo, take the M1 red line from Duomo station towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at the third stop, which is 'Cadorna'. From there, transfer to the M2 green line towards Garibaldi FS and ride one stop to 'Lanza'. After disembarking, exit the station and walk west towards Via Torino. Continue straight until you reach Via Torino, then turn left. The Tempio Civico di San Sebastiano will be on your right at Via Torino, 28.

From the central area near the Duomo, you can also take Tram 15 from 'Duomo' tram stop heading towards 'Bovisa'. Get off at 'Piazza XXV Aprile' (around 7 stops). From there, walk south to Via Torino.
