If you are near the Duomo, take the M1 (Red Line) metro from Duomo station towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. Get off at the next stop, which is Cordusio. From Cordusio station, exit and walk towards Piazza Cordusio. Continue straight until you reach Via Meravigli. Turn right onto Via Meravigli and then left onto Via San Paolo. Follow this street until you reach Piazza San Sepolcro, where the Cripta di San Sepolcro is located.

If you are close to the central area, you can take tram line 3 (the yellow tram) from the stop 'Duomo' towards 'Repubblica'. Get off at the 'Missori' stop. From there, walk towards Via Missori and continue straight until you reach Via San Paolo. Turn left and walk straight until you get to Piazza San Sepolcro. The Cripta di San Sepolcro will be on your right.

If you are already in the vicinity of the historic center, you can simply walk to Cripta di San Sepolcro. From the Duomo, head west on Via Torino, and then turn left onto Via San Lorenzo. Continue on this street until you reach the intersection with Via San Sepolcro. Turn right and walk straight to reach the Cripta.

You can take bus line 50 from the stop 'Duomo' towards 'Catania'. Get off at the stop 'Corso Italia'. From there, walk towards Corso Italia and then turn onto Via San Sepolcro. Follow Via San Sepolcro until you reach Piazza San Sepolcro, where the Cripta di San Sepolcro is located.
