From the moment we arrived, Chiara made us feel so welcome, like cooking in the home of a close friend rather than attending a class. Her warmth, patience, and passion for Italian cuisine made the entire experience unforgettable. The class itself was incredible — hands-on, fun, and perfectly paced. Chiara explained every step so clearly, from making fresh pasta from scratch to creating the most delicious, authentic tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. She shared not only techniques, but also stories and traditions behind the recipes, which made the experience feel truly special and personal. What stood out most was Chiara’s energy and attention to detail. She made sure we were both involved, laughing, learning, and enjoying ourselves the whole time. Even if you’ve never cooked before, she makes the process easy and enjoyable. And the food… absolutely amazing. Sitting down at the end to enjoy the fresh pasta and homemade tiramisu we created together was the perfect ending to a perfect experience. This was honestly one of the highlights of our time in Milan. I would recommend this class to anyone — couples, families, solo travelers, or groups of friends. A few hours of bliss! Worth the money

Alba was an excellent head chef and host, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our group met around lunchtime to make fresh pasta that we each cut to size and selected from a list of 4 different sauce topping options. We drank champagne while making tiramisu and having the best time! The location was convenient to find and in a walkable area near some vendors in the street, would highly recommend!
