To reach Piazza Roma in Como from Milan, start by heading to Milano Centrale train station. Purchase a ticket for a train to Como. Trains to Como run frequently, so check the schedule for the next departure. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride that takes about 30-40 minutes. After arriving at Como station, exit the train and follow the signs to the town center. Walk straight out of the station, and take a right onto Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza Roma, which will be on your left.

From Milan, you can also take a bus to Como. Head to the Lampugnano bus station, which is accessible via the M1 metro line (red line). At Lampugnano, find the ticket counters and purchase a ticket for a bus to Como. Buses may take approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Como, get off at the main bus terminal, which is near the town center. Walk straight ahead towards the lake, and then turn left along the waterfront, continuing until you reach Piazza Roma.
