Upon arriving at Bologna Centrale, exit the station and follow the signs for Via Indipendenza. Walk straight along Via Indipendenza until you reach the intersection with Via Rizzoli. Turn left onto Via Rizzoli and continue walking straight. You will see Piazza Maggiore ahead. From there, take Via Caprarie which is a short street leading directly to your destination at Via Caprarie, 3.

At the Modena train station, purchase a ticket for a train to Bologna Centrale. Once you arrive at Bologna Centrale, look for the bus stop outside the station. Take bus number 35 towards 'Piazza Maggiore'. Get off at the 'Piazza Maggiore' stop. From there, walk down Via Caprarie, which is just a short walk away. Your destination at Via Caprarie, 3 will be on your left.
