From Modena train station, take bus line 7 towards 'Policlinico/Gottardi' or bus line 11 towards 'Zodiaco'. Get off at the 'Piazza Mazzini' stop. From there, walk along Via Farini, then turn right onto Via Nazario Sauro, followed by a left onto Via Arqua. The park will be on your right. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
