Since 2015, the couple has dedicated themselves to producing high-quality, certified organic wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the Montepulciano region. The vineyards at Manvi are situated in two distinct locations, boasting diverse soil compositions that contribute to the complexity of their wines. The estate cultivates primarily Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and white grapes like Malvasia and Trebbiano for their Vin Santo.
