Bus
From Ischia Porto or other main towns on the island, take bus lines 1, 2, CD, or CS towards Forio. Get off on the main street of Forio. From the bus stop, walk for about 20 minutes towards Punta Caruso. Alternatively, bus line 24 stops closer, about a 13-minute walk away. Bus tickets cost around €1.50 for a single ride.
Walking
From Forio town center, follow Via Marina towards the coast. Continue along the coastal road, then follow signs for Punta Caruso. The walk involves a path and a rocky climb. The final approach requires agility and is not suitable for everyone. Allow approximately 30-40 minutes for the walk from Forio center.

Taxis are available from Ischia Porto and other locations on the island. A taxi from Ischia Porto to Punta Caruso (Forio) will cost approximately €20-€30, depending on traffic and time of day. The taxi will drop you off near the beginning of the walking path.
