    From Spaccanapoli, head east on Via dei Tribunali until you reach Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. Continue straight onto Via San Domenico Maggiore, then turn left onto Via Costantinopoli. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via Capodimonte. Turn right onto Via Capodimonte. The Catacombs of San Gennaro will be on your left at number 13. The walk should take about 20-25 minutes.

    From Spaccanapoli, walk to the nearest metro station, Museo (Line 1). Take the metro towards Piscinola and get off at the next stop, Dante. Transfer to Line 2 at the Dante station. Take the train towards Pozzuoli and get off at the next stop, Napoli Centrale. From there, you can take a bus (Line 204) towards Capodimonte. Get off at the stop near the Catacombs of San Gennaro. Note that a metro ticket costs around €1.10 and the bus fare is included in the same ticket.
