Turn left onto Via dei Tribunali and continue until you see Piazza San Gaetano on your right. The entrance to Underground Naples is located at Piazza San Gaetano, 68.

If you are further from Piazza San Gaetano, you can take the Metro Line 1. Locate the nearest Metro station (such as Università or Duomo) and board the train towards Piscinola. Disembark at the 'Dante' station and exit towards Via Toledo. From there, walk straight down Via Toledo until you reach the intersection with Via dei Tribunali, then turn right and continue until you reach Piazza San Gaetano. Note that a single metro ticket costs around €1.10.
