Start your journey at the Orvieto Funicular Station, located at Via Roma, 1. Take the funicular up to the top of the hill, which will take about 3 minutes. Once you exit the funicular, you will be in the main square of Orvieto, Piazza della Repubblica. From the square, head east on Via della Repubblica until you reach the intersection with Via Cavour. Turn left onto Via Cavour and continue straight. After about 500 meters, you will reach the intersection with Via Santa Maria della Stella. Here, turn right onto Via Santa Maria della Stella and continue until you reach the Church of San Domenico. From the church, follow the path leading northwest, which will eventually turn into a more rugged trail. Continue on this path for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Sasso Tagliato, a beautiful historical landmark known for its stunning views and rich history.

Begin your journey at the Orvieto train station, located at Via dei Mura 1. From the station, take the bus line 1 or 2 towards the city center.
