Orvieto Walking Tour including Duomo tickets

Excellent tour brings the Duomo to life!

Sure, you can visit the Duomo and be impressed by its beauty, but it was a much richer and informative experience with a guide like Paolo. Like night and day. He explained what it all meant. The frescoes, the murals in the chapel, and the history of it coming into being so long ago. Paolo brought a wealth of knowledge and a gift for bringing it all to life. Thank you Paolo!

Far More Than a Tour—A Deeply Meaningful Life Experience

Our group spent a week in Allerona with Liz and Villaggio Tours, and it is no exaggeration to say it was one of the most profoundly meaningful and joyful experiences of my life. This isn't just a vacation; it is a breathtakingly immersive experience. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed not as a tourist, but as a part of this quaint, enchanting Italian town. The guest house itself is a masterpiece—a beautifully restored, luxurious Italian home nestled right in the heart of a vibrant community, surrounded by the most attentive and warm-hearted neighbors. Every single day felt like a curated dream. We woke up to homemade breakfasts each morning, savored incredible fine dining at the local restaurant, and spent an unforgettable morning cooking an authentic Italian meal side-by-side with a local family. From exploring hidden local gems to indulging in an exclusive, private wine tasting, every detail was flawlessly orchestrated by Liz. Because of her expertise, the entire week was completely seamless and blissfully stress-free. By the end of the week, no one in our group wanted to leave. The pinnacle of our trip was a spectacular farewell dinner where the townspeople showed up to celebrate with us. We spent the evening laughing, sharing stories, and bonding deeply, proving that true connection transcends any language barrier. Without a single shred of hesitation, we are already planning our next adventure with Villaggio Tours. If you want to discover the true, beating heart of Italy, look no further.
