Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the central area of Palermo, start at the Quattro Canti, an iconic square located at the intersection of Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via Maqueda. From Quattro Canti, walk towards Via Maqueda heading east. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach Piazza Bellini on your left. Look for the beautiful churches of Santa Caterina and San Cataldo nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    Take the tram line 1 from the Teatro Politeama stop towards the Stazione Centrale. Get off at the 'Piazza Verdi' stop. From there, walk along Via Maqueda for about 200 meters heading east. You will see Piazza Bellini on your right, just past the intersection with Via Candelai.

  • Walking from Palermo Central Station

    Exit Palermo Central Station and head towards Via Maqueda. Once outside, turn left and walk along Via Maqueda for about 1 kilometer. Keep walking straight, and you will arrive at Piazza Bellini on your left, just before reaching the intersection with Via Candelai.
