After passing the Quattro Canti, continue straight on Via Vittorio Emanuele until you reach the intersection with Via Maqueda again. Turn left onto Via Maqueda and then right onto Via Giacomo Medici. Follow this road until you reach Ponte della Porta, which is located on your left.
