If you are starting from the Palermo Cathedral, head southeast on Via Vittorio Emanuele toward Piazza Bellini. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Via Roma and walk for another 200 meters. You will come to a roundabout; take the second exit onto Via Francesco Crispi. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the waterfront. From here, you can see the Foro Italico on your left, just past the marina.

If you are near the central train station, take bus number 104 towards 'Acquasanta'. Get off at the stop 'Foro Italico' which is about 10 minutes away. After exiting the bus, you will be directly at the entrance of Foro Italico. The bus service runs frequently, so you should not have to wait long.

You will see Foro Italico on your left as you ride along the waterfront. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
