If you are starting from the Politeama Theatre, head east on Via Ruggero Settimo towards Via Maqueda. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Via Maqueda. Turn right onto Via Maqueda and continue for about 400 meters. You will see the Quattro Canti square. From Quattro Canti, continue straight onto Via Vittorio Emanuele for approximately 500 meters. The Palermo Cathedral will be on your left at Via Vittorio Emanuele, 490.

Starting from the central train station (Stazione Centrale di Palermo), exit the station and head southwest on Via Roma. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Maqueda. Turn left onto Via Maqueda and walk for approximately 300 meters until you arrive at Quattro Canti square. From there, continue straight onto Via Vittorio Emanuele for about 500 meters. The Palermo Cathedral will be located on your left at Via Vittorio Emanuele, 490.

You can take a bus from various points in Palermo. Look for the buses that head towards the city center and get off at the 'Quattro Canti' stop. From Quattro Canti, walk straight along Via Vittorio Emanuele for about 500 meters, and you will find the Palermo Cathedral on your left at Via Vittorio Emanuele, 490.
