Walking

If you are starting from the Palermo Cathedral, head east on Via Matteo Bonello towards Via Maqueda. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Maqueda, then turn left. Follow Via Maqueda for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn right onto Via Roma and continue until you reach the Piazza San Domenico. From there, take Via Guglielmo Marconi, which will take you directly to the Piazzetta delle Dogane. The Santa Maria Della Catena will be on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)

From the central station (Stazione Centrale di Palermo), take bus number 101 or 102 towards 'Stazione Notarbartolo'. Get off at 'Piazza San Domenico' stop. From there, walk down Via Guglielmo Marconi towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach Piazzetta delle Dogane. Santa Maria Della Catena will be located on your left as you approach.
Walking

If you are near the Quattro Canti, walk south on Via Vittorio Emanuele towards the port area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma, then turn left. Follow Via Roma until you see the sign for Piazzetta delle Dogane. Turn right and you will find Santa Maria Della Catena on your left.
Public Transport (Tram)

If you are near the Politeama Theatre, take the tram line 1 in the direction of 'Roccella'. Get off at 'Piazza Sturzo' and walk towards the port.
