Walking
If you are starting from the central train station (Stazione di Parma), exit the station and head south on Via dei Mille. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Viale Toschi. Turn left onto Viale Toschi and walk for about 400 meters. You'll see a large roundabout; go around it and take the first exit onto Via della Libertà, which will lead you directly to Piazza della Pace.

From the famous Parma Cathedral (Duomo di Parma), exit the cathedral and walk towards Piazza Garibaldi. From Piazza Garibaldi, head southwest on Via Cavour, continuing straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Via Mazzini, which will take you directly to Piazza della Pace in about 10 minutes.

If you are near the Teatro Regio (Regio Theatre), exit the theatre and walk east on Strada Cavour. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Garibaldi, then take the route described above towards Piazza della Pace.
