From Parma, head to the Parma train station (Stazione di Parma), which is centrally located and easily accessible. Purchase a ticket to Salsomaggiore Terme. Trains to Salsomaggiore Terme run regularly, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Salsomaggiore Terme station, exit the station and walk straight to Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and continue walking for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Piazza Lorenzo Berzieri, where the Terme Berzieri is located.

From the center of Parma, walk to the main bus station (Stazione delle Autolinee), which is located near the train station. Look for a bus heading to Salsomaggiore Terme. The bus journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Salsomaggiore Terme, get off at the main bus stop. From there, walk towards Piazza Lorenzo Berzieri, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs, or ask for directions if needed; the Terme Berzieri is located right in the square.
