Continue straight until you reach Via Giulia, and then take a right. The Baglioni Chapel is located just a short walk ahead.

From Perugia, you can take a train from the Perugia Fontivegge train station towards Foligno. Check the train schedule for departures, and board the train that stops at Spello (the journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes). Once you arrive at the Spello train station, exit and turn left onto Via dell'Umbria. Continue straight until you reach the main square, Piazza della Repubblica. From there, head towards Via Giulia on the right, and follow the signs to the Baglioni Chapel, located just a short distance ahead.
