Walking
If you are starting from the historic center of Perugia, head towards Corso Vannucci, the main street. Walk down Corso Vannucci until you reach the intersection with Via dei Priori. Turn left onto Via dei Priori and continue until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find a staircase leading down towards Via della Viola. Descend the staircase and turn right onto Via della Viola. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Borgo XX Giugno. Turn left onto Borgo XX Giugno, and after a short walk, you will see Orto Medievale on your right.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the main bus station in Perugia (Piazza Partigiani), take bus number 3 towards 'Piazza Italia'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza Italia' stop. From there, walk down Corso Vannucci until you reach the intersection with Via dei Priori. Turn left onto Via dei Priori and follow the previous walking directions from there to Orto Medievale.
Combination (Walking and Funicular)
If you are near the Rocca Paolina, take the funicular down to the lower city. Once you exit the funicular station, walk towards the main street and turn right onto Via della Viola. Follow this street until you reach Borgo XX Giugno. Turn left onto Borgo XX Giugno, and you will find Orto Medievale a short distance ahead on your right.
