Once you arrive at the Cortona bus station, exit the station and walk straight along Via Roma. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From the square, take Via Berrettini, which is on the left side of the piazza, and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the Convento di San Francesco at Via Berrettini, 4.
