From the center of Perugia, walk to the main bus terminal at Piazza Partigiani. Take bus number 54 towards Montepulciano. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Montepulciano, get off at the stop 'Montepulciano Centro'. From there, walk down Via di Gracciano until you reach Via di Gracciano nel Corso, where the Ercolani Cellars are located at number 80-82.

Train and Bus
Head to Perugia's train station, Stazione di Perugia. Take a train to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Chiusi, transfer to a bus heading to Montepulciano. After about 30 minutes on the bus, disembark at the 'Montepulciano Centro' stop. Walk down Via di Gracciano until you find the Ercolani Cellars at Via di Gracciano nel Corso, 80-82.

If you're in the vicinity of Perugia's historic center, you can walk to the bus terminal at Piazza Partigiani and take the bus to Montepulciano as described above. However, if you're up for a scenic day trip, consider walking about 10 kilometers to the nearest train station and take the train to Montepulciano.
