If you are starting from the city center of Perugia, head towards Piazza IV Novembre. From the piazza, walk downhill along Corso Vannucci until you reach the intersection with Via Mazzini. Turn left onto Via Mazzini and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will find yourself at a junction with Via della Ferrovia. Turn right and follow Via della Ferrovia until you reach the bus stop for Linea C (towards Ferrovia). Take the bus and get off at the stop 'Frà Giovanni da Pian di Carpine'. From the bus stop, walk a short distance along Via Frà Giovanni da Pian di Carpine, and you will find the Ipogeo di San Manno on your left.

Once you disembark, walk along Via Frà Giovanni da Pian di Carpine towards your left, and you will see Ipogeo di San Manno a short distance ahead.
