Getting There

  • Walking

    To reach Piazza Partigiani from the historical center of Perugia, start at Piazza IV Novembre, which is easily recognizable by the Fontana Maggiore. From here, head down Via dei Priori, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Vannucci. Turn left onto Corso Vannucci and walk straight. After a few minutes, you will come to the end of the Corso Vannucci. At this point, turn right onto Via Mazzini. Continue walking straight until you reach Piazza Partigiani, which will be on your left. The entire walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

  • Bus

    If you prefer to use public transport, head to the nearest bus stop at Piazza Italia. From there, take bus number 1 or 3 towards 'Piazzale Europa'. After approximately 5 minutes of travel, get off at the stop 'Piazza Partigiani'. The square will be right in front of you. Please check the schedule for bus timings as they may vary throughout the day.

  • Funicolare

    For a unique experience, you can take the Funicolare from the lower part of the city (near the train station). Board the Funicolare at the 'Stazione Bassa' station, and it will take you up to 'Stazione Alta'. Once you exit, walk towards the main street and follow the signs to Piazza Partigiani, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Funicolare exit. Enjoy the scenic views during your ride!
