If you're starting from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, walk south on Via dei Mille until you reach Piazza dei Miracoli. From there, head east on Via Santa Maria until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and continue straight until you reach Borgo Stretto, which will be on your right. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport
If you're near the Pisa Centrale train station, you can take bus number 2 towards 'Cisanello' and get off at the 'Cittadella' stop. From there, walk south on Via Cittadella, then turn left onto Via Garibaldi. Continue walking until you reach Borgo Stretto, which will be on your left.
