Turn right onto Via Roma and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. Now, turn left onto Via S. Martino and follow it until you reach the Piazza dei Cavalieri. From the piazza, take Via Luca Ghini, which is located just south of the piazza. Continue walking along Via Luca Ghini until you reach the Botanical Garden and Museum at number 13.

    From the Pisa Central Station, you can catch the bus number 21, which is heading towards 'CNR'. Board the bus and remain on it for three stops. Get off at the 'Piazza dei Cavalieri' stop. From there, walk south along Via Luca Ghini. The Botanical Garden and Museum will be on your right at number 13. The bus operates frequently throughout the day, so you should have no trouble finding one.
