Upon arrival at Livorno Station, exit the station and head to Via Buontalenti, which is about a 15-minute walk away. Turn right onto Via della Libertà, then continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Buontalenti. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes; you’ll see Mercato Centrale on your right.
