Getting There

Train

From Pisa's main train station (Pisa Centrale), purchase a ticket to the Terricciola train station. Trains run regularly, but check the schedule for the latest times. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Terricciola station, exit the station and head onto Via della Storia. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Chianti. Turn left onto Via Chianti and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. The Badia di Morrona will be on your right at Via del Chianti, 6.
Bus

From Pisa, you can take the bus from the main bus station located near the train station. Look for bus line number 5 or any bus heading towards Terricciola. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Terricciola bus stop, walk along Via del Chianti for about 500 meters towards the address Via del Chianti, 6. The winery will be on your left.
Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Pisa. Start your journey from the city center (e.g., near the Leaning Tower). Head east towards Via dei Mille, then take Via San Francesco until you reach the main road leading out of the city. Follow signs towards Terricciola. The ride will take approximately 1.5 hours, covering around 12 kilometers. Once you reach Terricciola, look for Via Chianti, where the Badia di Morrona is located at number 6.
Walking

If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, head from the Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa towards the train station. From there, follow the train route or local paths towards Terricciola. This will be a lengthy walk of approximately 12 kilometers and may take around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on your pace. It's advisable to wear comfortable shoes and carry water.
