Getting There

    Start at the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance. Exit the park and head towards the main street, Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station, which is about 10 minutes on foot. From there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Amalfi station. Once you disembark, follow the signs towards the bus station and take the SITA bus towards Amalfi. The journey offers beautiful views and will take about 40 minutes. Get off at the Amalfi bus terminal; from there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Amalfi Coast.

    From the center of Pompeii, walk to the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. Upon arrival in Sorrento, head to the bus station located near the train station and board the SITA bus that goes to Amalfi. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you reach Amalfi, follow the signs to the beach area to enjoy the scenic Amalfi Coast.
